The Partnership’s Annual Performance Report 2019-20 has been approved by Integration
Joint Board members.
The report details the progress made against the Partnership’s Strategic Plan 2019-22, based on local and national data along with case studies and customer feedback.
The document notes examples of public feedback about our services and contains sections detailing achievements in terms of our Strategic Aims – Prevention, Resilience, Personalisation, Connections and Community.
A further chapter looks at progress against the factors which enable our services to be delivered to the highest standards – empowered staff, principled commissioning, digital transformation, sustainable finance, and a modern and adaptable infrastructure.
The report also focuses on governance and closes with a look at the Partnership’s priorities
for 2020/21.
