‘A City for All Carers’ Draft Aberdeen City Carer Strategy - Consultation
Aberdeen City Health and Social Care Partnership (ACHSCP) are responsible for developing a strategy for supporting Carers in Aberdeen. This includes both Adult and Young Carers.
We have developed a draft Carer Strategy which is now out for public consultation.
The Strategy focuses on four Main strategic priorities;
- Identifying as a Carer and the first steps to support
- Accessing Advice and Support
- Supporting future planning, decision making and wider Carer involvement
- Community support and services for Carers
The Consultation runs from 12th October 2022 to 31st December 2022.
You can get involved via the online survey (paper copies available on request) or by taking part in the following consultation events;
