Please remember to complete your staff absences notification today
We are asking that every Tuesday, services complete the COVID-19 staff absences notification. This notification asks about staff who are self-isolating, shielding and those who are not working due to stress relating to COVID-19. We are also asking if there are staff in hospital.
We are sorry to place this extra burden on you at this time, but this information will help us support you better. It will also help the Scottish Government understand the challenges you are facing more fully, and plan for the solutions you need.
It is important that you submit this each week on a Tuesday as we will have to disregard information submitted any other day. This is in order to ensure we gather data that is accurate and consistent.
We would like to thank you for undertaking this. You can access the notification through your eForms account here.
Remember to complete the Scottish Government's early learning and childcare (ELC) monitoring return
If you have not already completed the Scottish Government's ELC monitoring return today, please use the link below to complete this.
Private and third-sector ELC services including nurseries, out of school care and childminders should complete the survey. Information about local authority settings will be gathered on a separately.
Residential schools and school accommodation services do NOT need to complete the survey.
You can access the survey here.
This information is collated by Scottish Government and, alongside the local authority data, will be used to monitor the level of provision during the outbreak of the coronavirus (COVID-19).
It is acknowledged that many settings have now closed. If your setting is closed, please submit the survey once. If your setting becomes operational please complete this on a daily basis before 15:00. Your continued support with this is appreciated.
