We are thrilled to share that Torry Care Home recently supported two first-year nursing students on their placements. Our Care Home Education Facilitator (CHEF), Jill Morrison, received glowing feedback from the students, who were amazed by everything they learned and the numerous competencies they got signed off. It was an emotional farewell, with two residents shedding tears as they didn't want the students to leave. π
Everyone at Torry feels incredibly grateful and humbled to have had the opportunity to kickstart these students' nursing careers. Having student nurses brings fresh perspectives and experiences, making it a fantastic learning opportunity for all. We are proud to support the future of our workforce! π
