The Independent Living and Specialist Housing Provision Market Position Statement was recently approved at the Integration Joint Board in November 2024.
This Market Position Statement (MPS) outlines ACHSCP’s vision, commitment, and expectations for accommodation across the city for people with specialist requirements, from 2024 until 2034, and sets out an aspiration that will help to ensure that accommodation provision in Aberdeen will meet the city’s demographic needs for the future. The purpose of developing this MPS is to highlight to accommodation providers and service providers our understanding of the current and future needs in relation to specialist provision in Aberdeen.
