Aberdeen City Health & Social Care Partnership (ACHSCP) and the Integration Joint Board are in the process of reviewing our current locality model. This review includes potentially moving to three localities, and we want to ensure that we learn from and build on the work that has taken place over the last 2 – 3 years.
Those involved with and/or have an interest in localities – from a Community Planning or Heath and Social Care perspective - are invited to come along to an event on Monday 25th February 2019, to discuss our journey so far and help shape the next phase of locality working.
