  • the Bon Accord Care responder service as their only contact
  • to add the responder service on as an additional contact as they don’t have enough personal contacts
  • to add the responder service on as a last contact to assist someone in the house with lifting

will be required to provide and install their own key safe.

New deal to boost care and repair services for vulnerable folk’s homes

Health and social care services in Aberdeen have linked up in a new deal with a city housing association to help keep people safe and sound in their homes.

TEC 'Meet the suppliers' event

Through the pan-Grampian Social Care Sustainability Group ACHSCP have been organising a TEC ‘Meet the Suppliers’ event which will be held at Broomhill Community Centre on 29th September. We have a full day's agenda with the morning focusing on Technology Enabled Care including presentations from a range of TEC suppliers. The afternoon will include input on winter planning, risk assessed care and discharge to assess. Care Planning Pilot

NHS Grampian is to provide care management teams with direct access to healthcare records, to improve care planning for people across the region. At present, social care teams in Aberdeen City, Aberdeenshire, and Moray must request information from NHS staff. During the trial, care management teams will be able to access the data – stored on a system called TrakCare - directly.

Change in registration guidance
