Later Life Training is a not for profit UK Training provider, specialising in exercise for older adults.  They are currently delivering daily online exercise videos to help get you moving.

NHS Scotland have put together a series of back stretches which you can do at home, which are particularly important and helpful if you have been sitting for long periods of time.
